ZOOM #1 | Exploratory consultation & Editing (2 hours)
*Exploratory Business Consultation. Before the 1st Zoom call, Andre will send a Business Assessment Questionnaire so you can deep dive from the get-go. On the 1st Zoom call, Andre will do a deep evaluation of your business and mindset in order to identify areas for growth.
*Portfolio Review & Website Review
*Rich & colorful Fine Art editing techniques. I'll help you achieve the look you're after! You'll send me raw files via WeTransfer and we'll record videos of our 1:1 editing.
ZOOM # 2 | The Business Foundation (2 hours)
Andre will work with you on a strategic business plan with clear goals to hold you accountable.
*Core backend of your business. Everything from a CRM to Creative Cloud with Lr plugins, to Portraiture, to Pixieset, to Style & Select, etc.
*Website recommendations. Branding, wording, user experience, lead generation, and converting those leads down the funnel.
*Product launch strategies. Defining and refining your products/session types
*Revenue-maximizing pricing strategy applicable to Full Sessions and Mini Sessions. This includes the strategy to achieve $10K/day in Mini Sessions.
*Business Analytics, this is KEY, the numbers will tell you the real story!
*Operational scalability when we become the bottleneck (what to outsource vs. keeping in-house)
*Essential skills for entrepreneurs (soft skills, negotiations, dealing with adversity, overcoming fear and impostor syndrome)
ZOOM # 3 | Sales & Marketing Strategies (2 hours)
*Strategies for assessing and increasing the demand of your ideal clients based on your market and niche.
*Marketing strategies beyond social media (SEO, inbound marketing, blogging, networking, emails lists, reviews...)
*Content creation (learn storytelling, how to develop pillars for your brand, and how to batch content ~ it's all about efficiency)
*Emails & communications from the 1st moment the client reaches out to you.
*Sales coaching on how to "close the deal"
*Styling with and without a client closet
*How to compete and differentiate your brand in a saturated market. And how to build a luxury brand.
*Brand trust, how to encourage passionate brand ambassadors!
ZOOM # 4 | Wrap Up Q&A (30min)
Every business will face different challenges as they implement changes in its core. We will use this time to follow up on the execution and set the goals for the next 6 months.
ZOOM # 5 | The 3 months check-in (30min)
It's important to connect once the plan is running to evaluate, celebrate, and correct the course as needed.
